What a Certified Building Contractor license permits matters for the work on this site: it is a building license, not a painting registration, so stucco and concrete restoration, structural carpentry, kitchen and bathroom remodeling and tenant build-outs are done and permitted under it, with the licensed electrical and plumbing subcontractors working under Atrium's permit and supervision.
