Pompano Beach — interior renovation and exterior envelope restoration

Extensive ceiling repairs and structural joist work in the kitchen, new HVAC ductwork and updated wiring inside; a full exterior remodel outside, with Sharkskin and Polyglass underlayments under a multi-layer cementitious stucco finish. Quartz countertops and light hardwood floors completed the open-plan interior. 26 photographs.

Highland Beach — oceanfront condominium interior renovation

Primary and guest bathrooms rebuilt with jetted soaking tubs overlooking the ocean, stone vanity tops and gold-toned hardware; custom cabinetry throughout; fixtures repositioned toward the view; light tile flooring; and a full load-center upgrade with a new Siemens electrical panel. 25 photographs.

Coral Springs — medical office, exterior and interior

A two-tone stucco facade with decorative metal screens and new signage; inside, polished concrete corridors, new drop ceilings and lighting, repainted walls and carpet tile in the waiting room and offices. 52 photographs.
