Your first 2,500 square feet: $1,800.
Every square foot after that: 75 cents.

Last updated · Atrium Construction, Boca Raton, Florida

Atrium's current offer on exterior house painting in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties: labor for the first 2,500 square feet of wall is $1,800, and every square foot after that is $0.75. That labor covers pressure cleaning, prep, crack sealant, stucco repair up to half an inch, masonry primer and two coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint. Materials are quoted separately, by the gallon. On a real 2,916-square-foot house the labor was $2,112 and the whole job was $4,496.

Patrick Dunn, Atrium's owner and license qualifier, in a 27-second message filmed in front of a South Florida house with a barrel-tile roof, a ladder set against the stucco wall and fresh mulch beds — the ad the promotion runs with on Facebook and Instagram.

How to claim it

Three steps, no visit required

  1. Send the address. By phone, email or the request form. Tick "exterior painting" and, if you want, "send me a remote estimate first".
  2. We measure the walls from the property record and aerial imagery — usually within 24 hours — and send an itemized estimate: the promotional labor line, the Sherwin-Williams materials by the gallon, and what is quoted separately.
  3. Say yes, or don't. The estimate is free and carries no obligation. If you go ahead, the price on it is the price, with the warranty in writing.

Related questions

Is $1,800 the price of the whole repaint?
No — it is the labor price for up to 2,500 square feet of wall: pressure cleaning, scraping, sealant, caulking, stucco repair up to half an inch, priming and two finish coats, all of the work. Sherwin-Williams materials are listed separately on the estimate, by product and by the gallon. On a real 2,916 ft² house the promotional labor was $2,112 and the complete job, materials included, was $4,496.
How do I know how many square feet of wall my house has?
Perimeter times wall height, for each story. A typical single-story South Florida house carries 1,600 to 2,500 square feet of wall; a two-story carries more because the upper floor adds its own wall. You do not have to measure it: send the address and we derive the wall area from the county property record and aerial imagery, usually within 24 hours.
What if my house is under 2,500 square feet?
The labor is still $1,800 — it is a floor, not a rate, because a small house needs the same setup, washing and masking as a medium one. Above 2,500 square feet every additional square foot of wall is $0.75.
What paint goes on?
Sherwin-Williams: Loxon Acrylic Conditioner as the masonry primer, SuperPaint Exterior Acrylic Latex as the finish, two coats. Sher-Cryl HPA enamel on the exterior face of metal doors and garage doors is an optional add-on, priced by the door. Upgrades to Latitude, Resilience, Emerald Rain Refresh are available at their own material price.
Is the warranty the same under the promotion?
Yes. 1 year on labor and 7 years on material, in writing on the proposal, exactly as on every Atrium exterior repaint.
How long does the offer run?
It is a limited-time offer and the ads say so. It is current as of September 2026. The estimate you receive states the price you were quoted, and that price holds for the validity period printed on it.
